A festive anniversary, inside and outside the walls of the office
RIWO is celebrating its 25th anniversary! And that was for everyone to know. They didn't want this milestone to just pass by. It is a moment of pride, connection and a large dose of nostalgia: looking back together on 25 years RIWO. On the shop floor and online.
The moment RIWO dropped that they were celebrating their 25th anniversary in 2025, we suggested they make something special out of it. Such a milestone requires visibility as proof of their experience and expertise. We developed an anniversary concept that lives on the shop floor and makes an impression on the outside world. A basis full of celebration and pride, packaged in a powerful visual that served as a stepping stone for all the resources that followed.
An all-round anniversary campaign that touches
We developed a complete anniversary campaign based on the concept. From an impressive photo wall in the canteen (a real trip down memory lane) to an eye-catching banner on the building, flags in jubilee style and a Christmas card that already lifted a corner of the veil.
As a token of appreciation, employees received a personalized drink bottle with anniversary branding: a tangible reminder of 25 years of RIWO.
Online, too, we worked step by step toward January 1, the official anniversary moment. Through a teasing social media campaign, we created curiosity, with a targeted paid campaign on LinkedIn for extra visibility and reach. On the anniversary landing page, visitors could then experience the whole story.

From idea to execution: working together by feel
What made this campaign special was the interaction. RIWO itself had collected a lot of visual material over the years. We delved into their archives, selected highlights and combined that with the anniversary style. During the installation of the wall in the canteen, colleagues immediately stood still, laughed at old photos and recognized milestones in history. That is exactly the effect we do it for.
The power was in the sum. Every means contributed to the same feeling: pride, celebration, recognition. Even the little things, such as an adapted mail signature, contained the feeling of celebration and pride. Because everything was designed and communicated from one recognizable anniversary style, the campaign stood like a house.
Happy faces and engaged colleagues
The atmosphere in the workplace was festive and the reactions were positive, internally and externally. RIWO got exactly what they were looking for: a moment of connection and reinforcement of their brand.
Not only as a look back, but also as a powerful statement for the future. The social posts were well viewed, shared and generated many positive reactions. This not only provided reach, but also internal support and a sense of pride.

Social media? Also in trusted hands
The collaboration with RIWO goes beyond this anniversary campaign. We also pull together in the area of organic social media. Through Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn , we are working on their employer branding, online visibility and brand identity.
We show who RIWO is as an employer and help them be visible to new talent. Think of posts about open vacancies, atmospheric impressions of the work floor and news from the organization. Since we started managing the socials together over eight months ago, there has been a lot of movement in their online presence. For example, the number of LinkedIn grew by over 250 and the reach increased by 14%. Content is not only viewed more often, but also shared significantly more: the number of shares doubled, and the number of comments and replies skyrocketed.

We are also seeing great results on Instagram and Facebook . The reach on Instagram increased by 70%, with almost 80% more content being viewed by users. Facebook even shows a huge growth in the number of clicks on links, up over 900%.
In short: not only a jubilee to be proud of, but also an enduring collaboration that is visibly bearing fruit, delivering great results and continuing to develop.
