We have previously written about sonic branding.About how important sound is in brand perception, and how we reinforce brands with audio recognition and emotion. What we hadn't done yet?

Sound is tangible
At AlienTrick , we AlienTrick that a brand or story should not only be seen, but also felt. And what touches us more deeply than sound? Based on this conviction, we took the step of making our own identity audible: we went in search of our own sound logo.
Why sonic branding is indispensable for brand perception.
Sound has the power to reinforce emotion, recognition, and identity. Whereas images and shapes primarily appeal to the rational mind, sound touches the emotions. With our archetypes, the Sage (80%) and the Magician (20%), we wanted to add precisely that layer to our communication. "We Inspire" has been our promise for some time, but we wanted people to be able to really hear that.
Creating a sound logo: how we translated our brand identity into sound.
Together with Maurits from Sequel Audio, we set out to explore. In our briefing, we explained how we wanted to capture the balance between wisdom, wonder, and inspiration in sound. We made the following specific requests for our sound logo:
“…Sparkling and digital tones for creativity, deep and (from) spatial sounds that radiate collaboration and determination, and an energetic vibe that emphasizes passion and success…”
Briefing to Maurits
Maurits took that wish literally into the universe.
He researched real sounds from space. Yes, they really do exist(!) and incorporated the sound of Saturn, among other things, into the initial sketches for our sound logo.

A collaboration between AlienTrick Sequel Audio.
The collaboration with Maurits was a wonderful exchange of ideas, emotions, and refinements. We provided feedback on his initial versions, after which he further developed the sound logo into a sound that perfectly matches our brand: wise, magical, and inspiring.
Based on his final version, we created a logo animation in which image and sound reinforce each other in tempo, rhythm, and feeling.

The result
The result is a recognizable, atmospheric, and layered sound logo that literally makes our identity audible. A subtle but powerful step that further deepens our branding, from visual to fully sensory.
This sound logo adds a new dimension to our brand experience. Not only what people see, but also what they hear now tells our story. The sound captures the essence of who we are: contemporary, inspiring, and with a touch of magic.
Whether it plays at the start of a video, in a presentation, or during an event, it immediately evokes a sense of recognition and connection. This not only strengthens our visual identity, but also creates a complete brand experience that lingers even after the image has disappeared.
