Recruitment of technical and commercial talent

RIWO was having difficulty filling several vacancies. That is why we advised them to strategically focus on online recruitment with targeted campaigns on social media. The aim here is to attract candidates for multiple positions in a tight labor market and to build a talent pool for future vacancies.

We developed an ongoing social media recruitment campaign combining employer branding and specific job vacancy campaigns, aimed at attracting high-quality applicants.

We set up the campaign with clear phases and continuously optimized resources to achieve maximum results.

Employer branding

Starting in September 2024, we launched a general job vacancy campaign to promote RIWO as an attractive employer to relevant target groups on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook Instagram. The goal here was to increase the visibility of open positions and boost the influx of candidates.

Targeted job campaigns

In addition to the general campaign, several specific job vacancy campaigns have been launched, each focused on specific roles within RIWO. With targeted advertising, appropriate creative resources, and optimization based on real-time data, we are increasing relevance and conversion.

Strategy, creation, and execution

We determined the approach, target audience segments, message, and platforms for each campaign, from employer branding to lead generation.

For each campaign, we developed visual assets and copy that resonated with the target audience and channel, in line with RIWO's brand identity. All of these campaigns were also posted organically on RIWO's channels to create multiple touchpoints.

The online marketing campaigns were continuously monitored, analyzed, and optimized based on performance, such as reach, CTR, and conversions. Using monthly reports, we discussed not only the figures with the client, but also the quality of the conversions, so that we could make targeted adjustments. We continuously evaluated the results and further refined the advertisements to maximize their effectiveness.

Results

Thanks to this structured and data-driven approach, we achieved:

  • Multiple new employees through social recruitment
  • Inflow of relevant leads from the target group
  • Stronger employer brand position on social platforms
  • Continuous growth in visibility and engagement on LinkedIn, Facebook Instagram

This campaign demonstrates that a strategic, integrated social media recruitment approach truly helps employers find talent, even in sectors with high competition for qualified candidates.
