We have a new brand in our portfolio, and what a brand! Mark Levinson is the brand for the audiophiles among us. For the experts in consumer audio, this will not be an unknown brand. Excellent sound, that is what they strive for at Mark Levinson. Mark Levinson products deliver a clear sound that makes you not only hear but also feel every note, every breath of the artist of your favorite track.
Recently, this American high-end audio brand launched the Mark Levinson N°5909, the first headphone in their product range. We were asked to produce a product video that inspires and appeals to their target audience. With a target group striving for the ultimate sound experience, the bar was set high.
The details
How can we best portray details such as high sound quality, luxurious wearing comfort, quality materials and best performance? We aim to communicate these features to a target audience consisting of affluent consumers, music lovers and audiophiles. So it's not just about the appearance and sound quality of the headphones. The target audience for the Mark Levinson N°5909 headphone wants to know more about the details of the product.
Fortunately, through years of collaboration with Harman, parent organization of Mark Levinson, our team has gained quite a bit of experience so the technical specifications hold no secrets for us. Compared to the average consumer, Mark Levinson's target group really understands audio and this is reflected in the video.
Inspire with beautiful images and animations
In the concept phase, we chose to inspire with beautiful images and animations, but also pay sufficient attention to the technical side of the product. In 3D we show the product and the components that provide that recognizable, quality sound one is accustomed to from Mark Levinson. All USPs focus on the high quality: Reference quality sound, High resolution connectivity and Crystal clear phone calls. These USPs call for close-ups and an exploded view of the product where the details are visible that capture the imagination.

Lifestyle images
For the ultimate recognition of the target audience, we were able to use lifestyle images that were the starting point of this product video. The challenge for us was to make the 3D animation fit seamlessly in terms of look and feel. And we succeeded! By mimicking the environments, lighting and shadows of the various scenes, as a viewer you have the feeling of watching one and the same production. As if the headphones were actually floating in the kitchen, outside by the sea or in the driveway.
Fast switching
We've been working with Harman's Luxury Audio division for years and it shows in the process. The quick turnaround on continuous updates made the production of the video quick and smooth.
