What personal data do we process?
We process personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. This concerns (a combination of) the following data:

- Company and address details
- Phone number
- Email address
- IP address
- Other personal data that you actively provide (for example, via forms, email, or telephone contact)
- Information about your activities on our website
- Information about your browsing behavior across different websites (e.g., via cookies)
- Web browser and device type
Special and sensitive personal data
Our website and services are not intended to collect data from persons under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify this.
Do you believe we have collected data from a minor without consent? Please let us know at info@alientrick.com, and we will delete this data as soon as possible.
Why do we process personal data?
We process personal data for the following purposes:

- Contacting you (by phone or email) when necessary for our services
- To inform you about changes to our services or products

AlienTrick B.V. uses automated systems to process personal data, but does not make decisions that have (significant) consequences for individuals without human intervention.

- Umbraco
How long do we retain personal data?
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- Marketing and gated content: as long as you are registered. After deregistration, we will remove your data from HubSpot.
- Contact forms: for as long as necessary to handle your question or request.
- Cookie data: according to the retention periods of the cookies used (see cookie statement).
Do we share data with third parties?
We only share personal data with third parties if this is necessary for:
- The performance of our services
- Compliance with a legal obligation
We enter into processing agreements with parties that process personal data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality.

AlienTrick functional, analytical, and marketing cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you first visit our website.

To prevent misuse, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with your request for access. Please black out your passport photo, MRZ, passport number, and social security number. We will respond within four weeks.
