HR Generalist

As a human resource manager, you will work closely with management to keep the organization vital and continue to improve.

You are a real team player and know what qualities are needed for that. You stand firm and dare to speak your mind. You say what you do and do what you say.

You ensure that everyone has the opportunity to excel in his/her work. Develop effective training programs in line with the needs of employees and the organization. Pro-actively initiate various projects (see below under 'What will you do' for more information)-no day is the same!

What will you do?

• Drafting a human resource strategy
• Enforce procedures (relating to salary, leave, sickness, bonuses and termination)
• Function as a point of contact for all employees within the organization
• Shaping the recruitment and selection policy for new personnel
• Preparation of vacancies
• Organize and coordinate performance appraisals.
• Helping and/or counseling employees with (performance) problems
• Contribute to the personal development of employees through continuing education and/or training courses
• Shaping onboarding 
• Assist with growth conversations
• Maintain external contacts with health and safety service and pension insurer, among others
• Shaping the organization's exit policy (layoffs, reorganizations, outplacement and exit interviews)
• Responsible for health and safety policy/sick leave management
