The time has finally come: your product is in stores and can be ordered online in web shops. Based on the strategic marketing plan, you promote your product so that it flies out of the stores. Many people study the ease of use online by looking at reviews before making a purchase. But, of course, it doesn't stop there. Even after the purchase, it is important that your target audience has an optimal product experience.

We have arrived at the care phase. Enhance brand perception and ensure a good product experience. What can you do to properly target your audience in this phase? For example, create a how-to video, as JBL asked us to do for their new JBL Quantum gaming headsets.

With the JBL Quantum gaming headsets, JBL is targeting a specific audience at the right time: Gaming is booming!

Global E-gaming events reach thousands of viewers on various platforms. During the Covid pandemic, the demand for good gaming headphones increases. To ensure that gamers return to JBL for their next purchase or recommend the product to their friends, in addition to the quality of the product, the care phase is very important. With a how-to video, it is possible to explain in a clear way any questions about the installation process, the use of the microphone or the connection of the headphones with the different devices.

How-to in video

Make it easy for your target audience and create a short, quick video that is interesting to them.

Show what to do without the user having to read long texts. The how-to videos are informative in nature and fit both the brand and the target audience in terms of style. We created three videos that cover the most important topics: How to connect, How to use the microphone & How to pair. The JBL Quantum Series includes seven headphones with different options, all of which are covered in the videos.
