SPIT offers scalable solutions from grid connection to tooling, technical expertise, sales, storage and repair for everything related to static and rotating electrical machines. They provide 70% less machine downtime, 30% longer machine life and 10% less energy consumption.

They are leading the way in electrification and digitalization and want to make this even more visible to the market. Therefore, together we embarked on a process to strengthen the branding of SPIT . We analyzed the current position, issued a recommendation that was received with open hands and got right to work! ย 

Strategy and customer journey

Based on the goals, ambitions and knowledge of the market, we determined the brand identity and positioning through a survey of SPIT, employees. During a strategic session with them, we delved deeper into this and determined the desired image, looked at the ambition in the future and sharpened the target groups, USBs (Unique Selling Benefit) and UBPs (Unique Buying Propostion).

Expertise and reliability

This input formed the strategic basis and clarified the objectives for the new website. We came up with the pay-off 'Electrical & mechanical reliability', which clearly highlights the optimal service, the problem-solving capacity and all services of SPIT . This is also supported by new photography, which was shot on location and post-processed by us.

Branding

We took all the input from the survey and strategic session into determining the right look. We researched colors, shapes and typography to match the brand typology of SPIT. This resulted in a powerful branding with a professional look and feel, which we then clearly captured in a brand book.

New website

In addition to defining the brand identity and positioning through the customer journey, we also visualized the customer journey. We translated this into a new and accessible website. A website that provides optimal service and a positive customer experience, where the vision of SPIT is clearly expressed and the services, solutions and products are easy to find.

Consistent corporate identity

The updated look is reflected not only on the website, but also on social media, business cards, advertisements, vehicles and other means of communication. The whole exudes a sturdy but fresh look that has been consistently implemented. Curious about the new website? Check it out here!
